Put your letter in the body instead of the plant. HR professionals are not open with two annexes. So, please send a resume to apply sufficient specific agency. Sending unsolicited again is a waste of time. Please email resume at any time.
I agree completely with the previous answer. You have to send the body of the e-mail as a letter instead of a file as attachment.
